Dr. Treasyri Williams Wood, SLPD, CCC-SLP is a highly qualified and experienced speech-language pathologist who is passionate about helping people overcome communication challenges. With over 14 years of experience in the field, Dr. Williams Wood has worked with individuals across the lifespan, from infants to older adults, and with a wide range of communication disorders.
Dr. Williams Wood holds a Doctorate of Speech-Language Pathology (SLPD) from Northwestern University, and is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) as a CCC-SLP. She has worked in a variety of settings, including universities, hospitals, clinics, and private practice, and has developed expertise in areas such as memory disorders, voice, aphasia, and cognitive-communication disorders.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Williams Wood is also committed to education and research. She has presented at numerous conferences and as a collaborating investigator on several studies. Dr. Williams Wood is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in speech-language pathology, and regularly participates in continuing education courses and professional development opportunities.
As the founder of her own consulting company, Dr. Williams Wood brings her extensive knowledge and expertise to help individuals, families, and organizations overcome healthcare challenges and achieve their goals. She is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based services that are tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals, and she is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of her clients.
Joshua Wood, MBA|Co-Founder & Senior Director of Operations|
Joshua C. Wood, MBA is an experienced healthcare and business development expert. As a Senior Level Operations Leader he has over 14 years of progressive healthcare/business experience successfully managing all phases of multi-million dollar facility management, process development, CMS compliance, and performance improvement. Joshua C. Wood has an MBA from Northern Illinois University specializing in Business Operations and Customer Relationship Management.
After working with some of the most prominent Healthcare Organizations in the nation such as Northwestern Medicine, and Davita, Inc. In addition to start up organizations like Strive Health, he has proven leadership skills and an unwavering desire to sustaining and preserving effective relationships with clients, community members and partners to ensure that each project and asset operates to the highest degree of excellence.
As the Co-Founder / Sr. Director of Operations, Joshua has an integral position and passion for developing custom and quality packages for both individual healthcare clients and/or business clients alike.
Projects that Joshua develops include policy and procedure development, company workflows, credentialing assistance, vendor/partner relationship management, & marketing plans. In the individual healthcare client sector Joshua helps in managing Willwood Consulting Services day-to-day operations and ensuring a pleasant experience that contributes to a better quality of life for the client.

Dr. Horace Williams brings a rich academic background and extensive professional experience to his role as an executive educational consultant and trainer. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University, a Master of Science Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Doctorate in Education Management from Cappella University, his academic achievements underscore his commitment to excellence.
Throughout his career, Dr. Williams has held diverse roles including Executive Life Coach and Trainer, Educational Consultant, College Adjunct Professor, High School Principal, Dean of Students, Dean of Culture and Climate, and Athletic Director (A.D.). This breadth of experience has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the educational landscape, from classroom dynamics to systemic leadership.
