Most  insurances will cover therapy services that are medically necessary. Your physician will need to send us a prescription or referral for "SLP evaluation and treatment".  

You may have a co-payment or co-insurance that your insurance requires you to pay at the time of service. 

You may also an annual deductible that you must meet before your insurance will completely cover the cost of therapy.

We will assist you by verifying your insurance benefits prior to your appointment so there are no surprises.

All co-pays are due at the time of service

If we are not in network with your insurance provider, we can accept direct payment for services via major credit card, cash or check.

We will provide you with a super-bill to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. 

You should check with your insurance prior to beginning services to ensure your plan will reimburse you.
